Terms and Conditions

Regarding Payment- I only take PayPal, and will send you a PayPal invoice including a brief description of your request.
- Please be aware that I have to use my legal details on PayPal, and therefore the invoice may display my legal name. I humbly request for your respect for my privacy and ask for you to not ever refer to me by any of these details if they are shown. If this is ignored, I will cancel the commission and issue an immediate refund and blacklist you from my commissions permanently.Important Information- Payment will occur once the rough first-pass sketch has been approved by the commissioner. An additional £2-£15 charge will be issued if more than 2 initial first-pass sketches are requested (price is dependent on illustration type/size)
- **You may incur extra charges if you ask for significant changes to the illustration once flat colors have been applied **- depending on the required change, the charge will be £5 minimum.
- You must be 18 or above to commission me.
- If I accept your application and ask for more details regarding your order, please have reference images on hand (character refs, poses, color schemes, lighting reference etc). I cannot work solely off text.
- Any character references must not contain extreme gore/sexual/fetish content or other offensive imagery.
- Nude references are fine so long as there is no fetish undertones, including stock photos and those distributed to help with anatomy. However, personal photographic nudity is not permitted and will result in the immediate cancellation of the commission.
- I withhold the right to deny any applications for reasons that may not be explicitly stated in the "I will draw/will not draw" sections.
- I withhold the right to terminate an in-progress commission should an issue occur between the client and myself. Depending on the situation, a partially completed product and/or refund may be given.
- Significant design changes may incur an extra fee.
- A refund will be denied if the commission has been completed.
- Commissions are for personal use only. You will not be authorized to make merchandise using said commission under any circumstances.
- Under no circumstances must the commission be sold as or associated with NFTs/Crypto currency or used with AI generated material in any form.Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in being added to my blacklist.

Contact & Delivery

- Aside from color adjustments/corrections, once I begin shading the illustration, the pose is finalized and you will not be able to ask for any such changes.
- Please be aware that delivery dates listed under my examples are rough estimates, but I strive to deliver daily updates (excluding Friday and Saturday daytime), however if any delays occur, I will keep you informed.
- Communication will be via email only.
- I do not do rush orders!
- I suffer from chronic back and arm pain, which can impede my ability to draw regularly. Please keep this in mind if I happen to miss sending a daily update, especially when it comes to larger and shaded illustrations - rest assured, I will be in contact when I have made more progress on your comm!
- My commission working hours will be anytime between 10am-10pm (GMT) Mon-Fri and 5pm-9pm Sunday. Emails will be answered anytime during the week between 7:30am and 11:30pm.
- Please note that any extreme delayed responses will delay work on your comm, especially if I am asking for feedback.
- You will receive 2 versions of your order: one full size watermarked, and one unwatermarked with a reduction on 25% in size. All previews will be watermarked.
- I humbly request that the unwatermarked version not to be posted publicly, however, use in thumbnails/icons is permitted. This is to avoid uncredited theft.

what I Will/won't draw

What I will Draw- Humanoids/humans
- Sonic and other "cartoon-like" styles
- Anthros/Monsters (design dependant - may be subject to simplification, delays and/or extra charges)
- Armor and full coverage helmets (design dependant and only for a single character (ok to draw with a non-armoured character) - please provide adequate references and allow for slower updates. May be subject to simplification and extra charges, but I will do my best to remain faithful to the design)
- Robots (design dependant, may only allow for one character (ok to draw with a standard humanoid character) - please provide adequate references and allow for slower updates. May be subject to simplification and extra charges, but I will do my best to remain faithful to the design)
- Blood, horror and mild gore
- Simple nudity/pinup style
- Suggestive works (case dependent)
- Any character pairing regardless of sex/genderDepending on complexity, extra charges will be between £5-£15.What I won't draw:- Over detailed/complex designs and/or "realistic" style. If you're happy for me to simplify/stylize details however, this will not be a problem!
- To draw in another person's style. You're fine to ask for stylistic adjustments!
- Very extreme gore/horror
- Overtly sexual nudity and fetish content (includes so-called "sfw fetishes" etc)
- "Hate art" or otherwise anything that may deliver a bigoted or violent message intended to cause harm.
- "Design" commissions. You MUST provide adequate visual references and descriptions for any required changes.If anything is not listed here, please feel free to ask. I am open to discussion!

This illustration style typically features a limited color palette consisting of white and 2 colors based on the subject character's main & accent colors, or a more monochromatic style using a color's darker and lighter versions for lineart and background respectively. Use of more colors may be used to highlight specific areas or for stylistic choice.
Estimated completion time: 1~2 weeks.

Graffiti-style illustrations are an experimental style - they rely heavily on loose shading, textures, and halftones/screentones, and are drawn with a thick and grungy pen. Recommended for simpler characters with distinct silhouettes.Currently only offering these as headshot icons - works best as a front-facing symmetrical illustration, but am open to other angles, expressions and poses!This commission will work like a Skeb or a "surprise me" comm - just give me your subject and prompts and let me do the rest!Estimated completion date: 1~ week

Shaded icons feature a brightly colored cel-shaded style blended with screentones, using layer modes to adjust colors accordingly for more vivid or harmonised palette.

Shaded busts focus a tad more on the posing and outfit of a character. Minimal special effects are included.

Currently, this style is not available for commission work.Illustrations on an A5 canvas with basic shading, usually paired with a very simplistic, gradient or patterned background with heavy reliance on adjustment layers for a somewhat retro effect.Available as portrait, landscape or icons.

SOLID is stylised by it's bold, clean lines, heavy use of screentones and patterns, white highlights and more muted colors, which still deliver a vibrant look.Presented on an A5, A4 or 8.5 x 11.5 in canvas.(Examples will be added once this style is available for commission work!)

Similar to the SOLID style, VIVID uses clean, rounded lines, though relies less on textures and tones for a much cleaner look.

HD Renders vary widely in posing and layout, but always with a character-heavy focus and high attention to detail. Please note this means it will take the longest compared to other styles!
Estimated completion date: 2~6 weeks from paymentBackgrounds and SFX are not included unless they are relatively basic (IE patterned BGs/simple lighting effects that can be achieved using layer blending modes), but please note that I specialise mostly in character illustration.Depending on how complex your request is, either in posing, character design or background detailing, you may incur extra charges.
